Custom design and development for a machine that can inspect product and batch number laser markings on SOT packages. The machine can measure lead width, length, pitch, and length differences and can detect burrs on leads caused by metal punching. It can inspect Seal after heat application to ensure quality of adhesion between Carrier Tape and Cover Tape and perform inspection at a speed of 4 parts/sec with accuracy of +/-20 microns.
